Brisbane Liposuction Introduced New Ultrasonic Procedure for Greater Precision!

Brisbane Liposuction, Australia’s leading liposuction provider, has today announced it now has a new and safer ultrasound assisted procedure that allow patients to see the immediate results and with very little effort on their part.

Brisbane, Queensland, October 24, 2011 - “Having excess fat is usually frowned upon in the papers, on television, and of course, in fashion magazines - and because of this, the Brisbane Liposuction specialists have upped the ante with it’s newly acquired ultrasound assisted liposuction procedure,” said Paul, head of the Australian-based liposuction provider.

“I mean, it’s no crime to be fat,” Paul added.

For many people, however, it’s just the fact of life that they have fat cells that will not get smaller, no matter what they do. No matter the amount of exercise they do and the diet that they go on, Paul, believed that these fat cells will not budge, as in most cases, these impenetrable fat cells are attributed to heredity.

As a result, the Brisbane liposuction provider has answered the cries for help from such unfortunate victims who desperately want to remove the extra fat and to get the shape that everyone seems to be dying over on the television and in the magazines.

According to the Brisbane Liposuction spokesperson, the areas of the body most often treated with the new ultrasound liposuction procedure are the abdomen, the hips, buttocks, face, and the thighs. “And during ultrasonic liposuction, fat removal is carried out by sound waves produced by a generator, which transmit through a thin, vacuum-like conduit, known as a ‘cannula’. On making contact, the cannula destroys and liquefies the fat cells so that they can be easily be sucked out,” explained Paul.

As opposed to going the traditional route of tummy tuck (abdominoplasty surgery) and body lifts meant to get rid of excess and baggy skin, ultrasonic liposuction offers greater benefits in the process of fat removal. Among them are the ability to treat areas that have greater fat density and the removal of a greater volume of fat at one go.

“Additionally, ultrasonic liposuction has a far greater advantage as it relates to the tightening up of the skin during the process. The Brisbane Ultrasonic Liposuction procedure, however, is usually used subsequent to tumescent liposuction as a “tune-up procedure’ because it allows for greater precision,” added the Brisbane Ultrasonic Liposuction specialist,” noted Paul.

However, it is important to note as you consider doing liposuction, that the procedure should only remove fat and not cellulite.

Other factors to look into and do before you have a liposuction done, said Paul, you need to be sure you are told how to prepare yourself for before the surgery done. “Before having a Brisbane Liposuction, you first need to have a consultation with your surgeon to see whether you are a viable candidate, and what to expect at the end of the surgery,” Paul said.

The Brisbane Liposuction procedure based on the type of liposuction that you will be having, you will be happy to know that the results are very permanent.

“Should you regain weight in the future it will never be in the same area you had carried out the liposuction. However, to keep your new shape intact, you will need to follow a strict diet and exercise regime and you will never gain regain weight after your Brisbane liposuction,” noted Paul.

Brisbane Plumber Drainage Cost-Saving Tips!

Whatever the drainage problem you encounter, as householders it is always advisable to leave the job to the expert and not try to “do-it-yourself”, says Brisbane Plumber Drainage expert Paul.

Brisbane, Queensland, October 24, 2011 - According to Paul, professional plumbers are well-equipped with the right tools and knowledge in dealing with blocked drainage or any other conceivable problems you encounter with you’re likely to encounter with your drainage system.

“From sky-high buildings in well-developed urban places to regular private homes, a drainage system is always is always installed to systematically managed waste water, and if it is not managed properly are abused, then expensive problems will surface,” said Paul.

In light of householders’ systematic abuse of their drainage system, the Brisbane Plumbers has offered the following tips to help guide them in hiring a plumber to eliminate their drainage problems:

1. Brisbane Plumber Drainage Tip # 1: Access your pipeline problem…

Assessing your exact drainage problem will not only save you a lot of money, but it can also make the whole fixing process faster. How? Although there’s really no clear differentiation between an expert plumber and a regular plumber, minor pipeline problems are best left to a regular plumber because of their affordability in their service fee. For complicated and serious drainage work, however, an expert plumber is more reliable to hire than amateurs. Their hiring service fee may be higher, but their works are less likely to fail, which can spare you from another distraught situation and the possibility of calling them back

2. Brisbane Plumber Drainage Tip #2: Always take your time; never rush…

One of the most common problems house owners tend to do when their house drainage is causing them severe headache is they tend to rush. As a result, the plumber serviceman they usually hire are either not fully-qualified or the services they provide are not that reliable. An expensive service fee does not also guarantee quality work. Also, before you decide to hire their service, always ask for a quote first and get a written estimate how much the repair will exactly cost you. This way, you’ll already have an idea just how much exactly their repair service is going to cost you.

3. Brisbane Plumber Drainage Tip #3: Do they provide free plumbing after service…

Believe it or not, even at the hands of a professional plumber, their work is still not that guaranteed to be full proof. Although it only happens rarely, it is very important to inquire if they provide a free plumbing after service should their repairing service fail. While some drainage repair company’s offer this for free, most still charge a fee. So always remember to ask this to your Brisbane Plumber Drainage provider when still on the phone.

Brisbane Plumber is all about giving service to their clients. “When you contract us to do your work, whether it is to fix a leaking tap, installing a new water heater, repairing blocked drains – no matter the problem, we at Brisbane Plumber gives you 100 customer satisfaction, or your money back, no question asked,” said Paul.

Green Investments Offer Major Returns Claims AAA

Alternative investment advisers Alternative Asset Analysis have announced new research showing that the global green economy was already worth £3.2 trillion by 2008/2009 - which should prompt more interest in alternative and ethical investments.

Boston, MA, October 24, 2011 - The global green economy was already worth £3.2 trillion by 2008/2009, according to new research. This should prompt more interest in alternative and ethical investments, according Alternative Asset Analysis (AAA).

The alternative investment advocacy group has responded to the findings from the UK government-sponsored research by Innovas Solutions. The findings of the investigation concluded that the renewable energy sector alone is valued at around £940 billion, while alternative fuels are worth £1.45 trillion.

“The money to be made from investing in green projects is enormous,” stated AAA’s analysis partner Anthony Johnson. AAA is a supporter of green investments and backs sustainable forestry projects, such as those run by firms like Greenwood Management in Brazil, and impact investment opportunities that help provide vital funding for social projects in the developing world.

AAA claim that alternative ethical investments are becoming increasingly attractive to people for several reasons. They are becoming more aware of their environment and the need to invest in the green economy to protect the environment and reduce climate change, while also being acutely aware of the volatility of more traditional assets, such as stocks and shares.

The research helped to remind environmentalists of the major causes of climate change, finding that the production of fossil fuels accounts for the majority of carbon emissions, while providing between 81 and 90 per cent of the world’s energy needs.

Mr Johnson added, “It’s clear that we all still have along way to go to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels. In the meantime, investing in forestry projects that reduce deforestation can help to control carbon emissions thanks to the carbon sequestration value of forests.”

Investing in forestry can also help communities reap the rewards available through carbon trading and the wider carbon market.

Attorney Karen Lundquist Offers Online Legal English Courses on Employment Law

International Students Learn Effective Negotiation & Arbitration Skills Virtually

Minneapolis, MN, October 24, 2011 - Minneapolis business attorney and tenured legal Engish professor, Karen Lundquist, announces the availability of Global E-Learning courses on employment law and negotiation techniques, as well as various other legal English topics. Areas of the law addressed include wrongful employment terminations, non-competition agreement violations, intellectual property, misappropriation of trade secrets and more. The next course is scheduled to begin in January 2012. Full details and sign-up information are available at KarenLundquist.com.

Carefully designed virtual classrooms and syllabi accommodate students and their needs to develop legal English vocabulary as well as powerful negotiation skills in areas of the law that pertain to their given careers. International students benefit from courses which are designed on real-life fact patterns. Mimicking scenarios encountered in worldwide courtrooms and conference rooms, students represent fictitious clientele and engage in:

* Mock settlement negotiations;

* Client interviews;

* Interpretation of case files;

* Dispute arbitration;

* More...

By acting as attorneys, students encounter opportunities to use the technical legal English vocabulary terms they have been studying and need for their profession. At the same time, they hone their lawyering skills that they use when practicing law in their native tongues. Karen states, "The important fact about these courses is not necessarily the topic, such as employment law or intellectual property, but that they revolve around real-life fact patterns with correspondence, affidavits and other documents that an attorney would deal with if working in a real law firm."

To further simulate the authenticity of real life courtroom situations and negotiations, students are also able to initiate "break-out sessions", time periods where they can have confidential discussions in private before returning to the main classroom where the negotiation or arbitration is taking place. Karen concludes, "This course is important and useful because it gives participants chances to learn in the best way possible: by doing."

About Karen Lundquist: Karen Lundquist is a multilingual business attorney who owns the Attenza Law Firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is also a veteran professor of English, serving for two decades as a cultured, caring instructor. White Paper Helps OEMs Choose Application-Specific Intelligent Servo Motors

Functional and economic factors to be considered in choosing integral control and fieldbus enabled brushless servo motors discussed in new Dunkermotor white paper.

Elgin, IL, October 22, 2011 - Brushless servo motors with integrated motion control electronics continue to expand into new factory automation and specialty machinery applications based on their ease of installation, compact size and the reduction in cost compared to separate drives, connectors and cabling. Cost-conscious OEMs, however, will benefit from not specifying and purchasing more control features and functionality than their applications require. A new White Paper from Dunkermotor identifies and discusses seven distinct integral control topologies to enable OEM design engineers to choose what suits their application without over-specifying.

Today's technology brings servo manufacturers many options when it comes to designing their motor drives and controls. "With all the different possible functions that can be implemented in a servo drive, many manufacturers are tempted to pack them all into one 'full-featured' product," said Jay Becker, senior applications engineer for Dunkermotor. "This can be a problem, however, for the OEM when it comes time to select the right one for their application."

In the case of the end-user or custom machine builder, they may prefer to have a "does everything" drive that they can use in all of their applications, most of which can be different from one to the next. OEMs, on the other hand, cannot afford unnecessary features and hardware if they are to remain market competitive. Therefore, the OEM requires a servo drive with features that are tailored to the application at a price tailored according to those features.

The new Dunkermotor White Paper discusses seven different levels of capability of integrated servo motor and drive combinations, ranging from simple integrated commutation electronics to fieldbus distributed control arrangements, such as CANopen, Profibus and EtherCAT, all the way to motors with integrated master electronics which require no higher level controller, are freely programmable and can also control slave node motors.

Servo motors with integrated electronics increase reliability due to the close proximity of the drive/control electronics to the motor itself, virtually eliminating the possibility of interference from the outside world. Having the electronics inside the motor also dramatically reduces the panel space for a given machine, saving cost in materials as well as time in wiring.

The new White Paper, titled "Why Pay for More Than You Need?" may be downloaded from the Dunkermotor website at http://www.dunkermotor.com/whitepaper/whypaymore.

About Dunkermotor:
Headquartered in Elgin, Illinois, Dunkermotor is the North American sales, technical support and logistics subsidiary of Dunkermotoren GmbH, for 60 years the world market leader in customized, configurable sole-source fractional horsepower motion control solutions composed of BLDC, PMDC and AC electric motors, gearmotors, controls, encoders and brakes, as well as linear motion solutions. FRA Joins Canadian Forestry Industry in Welcoming Jenkins Panel Report

Forestry Research Associates (FRA) along with the forestry industry of Canada, says it is looking forward to the release of the Jenkins Panel report, which is a new innovation in the sector.

Bainbridge Island, WA, October 21, 2011 - Forestry Research Associates (FRA) along with the forestry industry of Canada, says it is looking forward to the release of the Jenkins Panel report, which is a new innovation in the sector.

Two major industry bodies, the Forest Products Association of Canada (FPAC) and FPInnovations, claim they are anticipating the release of the report and are looking forward to working alongside the government to improve forestry innovation and research and development. FRA, an analysis and research consultancy specialising in sustainable forestry, has also announced its support for the report’s release as it could help promote investment in the industry.

The forestry industry in Canada feels that more federal support for innovation would be a positive step for the sector and that the publication of the Jenkins Panel report will help to open up discussion on this. The President of FPAC, Avrim Lazar, explained, “The Canadian forest products industry is in the midst of re-inventing itself.

"Government has already used smart spending to help us improve our environmental performance, develop and deploy new ideas and technologies and create a future-oriented, diversified industry.” He then concluded: “It is imperative to continue this R&D partnership so we can create a next generation forest products sector in Canada."

The industry wants the government to continue to support innovation projects and increase investment in other areas of research and development. “Attracting investment to the forestry industry from both public and private sources is imperative to the future sustainability of the industry,” explained FRA’s analyst, Peter Collins.

He outlined projects in Brazil, being carried out by firms like Greenwood Management, where investment cash is being used to develop plantations of non-native trees to help supply the local steel industry with charcoal while protecting native forests. He added that the future of the Canadian forestry industry is vital to the region’s economy.

NanoMarkets Adds New Report on Transparent Conductors in Touch Screens to Schedule

The report “Opportunities for Transparent Conductors in the Touch-Screen Display Industry—2011” will be released in late October and is available at pre-publication pricing through the end of the month.

Glen Allen, VA, October 20, 2011 - Industry analyst firm NanoMarkets today announced the addition of the report, “Opportunities for Transparent Conductors in the Touch-Screen Display Industry—2011” to the firm’s publication schedule. The report is scheduled to be released during the month of October 2011. The firm is offering the report at pre-publication rates. Additional details are available on the firm’s website at

About the Report:

Touch-screen devices have gone from being a sleepy niche in the display industry to one of its fastest growing segments. Touch-screen displays – or rather the touch sensors that sit on top of them – are also large users of transparent conductive coatings. No surprise then that touch screens are seen as an immediate opportunity for the many new firms that are crowding into the transparent conductor market. And the attractiveness of the touch-screen market to the makers of novel transparent conductors is enhanced by the fact that the touch- sensor industry seems more than willing to rid themselves of a dependence on ITO with its high costs and low mechanical performance.

However, today one medium-sized factory producing transparent conductors is large enough to produce all the transparent conducting materials that the touch-sensor business needs for the foreseeable future. No one can blame the transparent conductor makers for chasing after customers who are willing to buy right now. But the question arises as to how much the touch-screen sector should really mean to them. Touch-screens may be an opportunity, but are they a big enough opportunity to build a substantial business on? Are touch screens just a way for firms manufacturing transparent conductors to bring in some short-term money in a difficult economic climate, or will they be a step to bigger things?

In this new report, NanoMarkets provides readers with a deeper understanding of the latest trends, requirements and potential of the touch-screen sector from the perspective of the transparent conductor industry. Although frequently lumped together, there are many types of touch-screen displays and this report examines the potential for each as a market for transparent conductors. The report also discusses what the challenges and opportunities will be for transparent conductor firms if – as expected by some – touch sensors start to be integrated not by third parties, but by the big flat panel display firms in Asia.

This report provides a granular analysis and forecast of all the new markets that are opening up for transparent conductors in the burgeoning touch-screen industry. By examining each of the main touch-screen technologies we determine and quantify the opportunities for transparent conductors in this space over the next eight-years, what kind of conductors will be needed and who is best suited to supply them. The analysis presented here is illustrated with critical discussions of the strategies that are currently being deployed by transparent conductor firms as they attack touch screen markets.

NanoMarkets Adds Report The Markets for Flexible Glass – 2011 to Publication Schedule

The report is scheduled to be released during the month of October 2011. The firm is offering the report at pre-publication rates through the end of October.

Glen Allen, VA, October 20, 2011 - Industry analyst firm NanoMarkets today announced the addition of the report, “The Markets for Flexible Glass – 2011” to the firm’s publication schedule. The report is scheduled to be released during the month of October 2011. The firm is offering the report at pre-publication rates through the end of October. Additional details are available on the firm’s website at http://nanomarkets.net/market_reports/report/the_markets_for_flexible_glass_2011

About the Report:

“Flexible electronics” is an idea that has been with us for a while, but is only now beginning to inch towards reality. The concept of displays that can be rolled up and put in a pocket, or solar and lighting panels that conform to contours of a building fabric are attractive ideas, both from aesthetic and practical standpoints. But they will require flexible substrates and while a large share of the flexible electronics and solar panel market will be supported on plastic substrates, NanoMarkets believes that a substantial share of flexible substrate market will be garnered by “flexible glass.” In addition, we believe that flexible glass has an important role to play in the flexible encapsulation business. Flexible glass brings to the market the familiarity, transparency, rigidity, thermal stability and scratch resistance that conventional plastics cannot offer.

With all this in mind, NanoMarkets is publishing this report analyzing the market for flexible glass over the next eight years. This report examines the flexible glass products currently on the market and where they are likely to generate new revenues. It also discusses where the next wave of flexible glass and similar products will be coming from and what sectors of the display and solar panel industry will be most likely to make use of flexible glass for both substrates and encapsulation. As with all NanoMarkets reports, this report includes an eight-year market forecast with breakouts by types of materials and specific applications.

Coverage:

Flexible Glass: Technology and Products
• Current Flexible Glass Products and Technologies
• AGC/Asahi Glass
• Corning
• Nipon Electric Glass
• Schott
• Tokyo Electron Glass
• Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory
• Likely market entrants: From China with glass?
• “Near-flexible” glass
• “Pseudo-flexible” glass (ceramic/polymer mixes)
• Flexible glass versus other flexible substrates
• Plastics
• Metal foil

Putting America Back to Work One Project at a Time

A company’s innovative way to getting the construction industry back on its feet.

West Palm Beach, FL, October 19, 2011 - In most businesses, success is typically measured by the principles of: increased brand awareness, ability to meet demand, improved sales, and sustained growth. While all these are essential business management tools, there is one company that is doing things a little differently and looking at business from the other side of the fence; their client’s side.

EliteProNet is an up-and-coming network of subcontractors that is sweeping the construction industry with a new approach to an old occupation. The company is dedicated to helping subcontractors grow their business by getting them awarded construction projects. EliteProNet is completely unique because the company actually assists their customers through the entire bidding process in order to ensure they land the projects they pursue. The businesses that could be categorized with EliteProNet do not offer the same services; they only provide leads, while EliteProNet provides jobs.

“Here at EliteProNet we don’t think of sales as our greatest measure of success. Our greatest measures of success are client retention, customer satisfaction and number of projects awarded to our members” - States Kevin Priddy, President and CEO of EliteProNet. “We have designed the structure of the company to encourage every single employee to be service oriented. On an everyday basis we remind our team that we are here to help American families get back on their feet. We remind them that our clients, just like us, have mouths to feed and bills to pay, and that we can be the people who make that difference in their lives. We make sure this is the driving force behind our company, because a true human cause ignites more passion in them than any revenue goal can, and because we believe that when you provide a quality service it sells itself.”

At EliteProNet the individualized attention is unmatched. Every subcontractor in the network has a Project Coordinator that manages their local area and has close, professional relationships with the General Contractors building the projects. “From the very beginning our members start out meeting their Project Coordinator and getting a personal tour of our system. We want to make sure our clients are familiar with each tool in their dashboard. Right away we get to know each other on a personal level and the relationships only grow from there” – Alayna Brudevold, EliteProNet Project Coordinator (Pennsylvania).

Since the company opened nearly three years ago, EliteProNet has gotten their subcontractors over eighteen million dollars in awards and posted over ten thousand projects in the eight states they service! Their statistical studies show that one out of every five bids submitted are winning bids! The company, along with their concept and strategy are truly innovative. EliteProNet is a pioneer in our own time and an excellent example of how businesses across the nation are dedicating their resources to helping others fight this crisis.

EliteProNet has given many subcontractors a second chance at their profession. Their members are thriving in the most affected industry, in the worst economic times.  Plumbers, electricians, painters, and other small contractors just weren’t getting the work they used to, and now, thanks to EliteProNet’s business approach, subcontractors across the nation are getting awarded commercial projects every day.

EliteProNet represents subcontractors in Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, and Georgia.  EliteProNet corporate headquarters is located at 5589 Okeechobee Blvd., Ste. 202, West Palm Beach, FL 33417.  For more information please call (877) 656-4706 or visit www.elitepronet.com.
