Multishoring.info to launch IT support of Small systems worldwide

Multishoring.info, the largest Polish nearshore and offshore provider, has just launched IT support of small systems for the companies worldwide.

London, UK, January 07, 2014 - Multishoring.info, the largest Polish nearshore and offshore provider, has just launched IT support of small systems for the companies worldwide.

Having several small IT systems that do not qualify for a large IT support contract because of their size can be a real nagging pain in the neck. The solution for that to the companies worldwide has just been presented by Multishoring.info, the largest Polish nearshore and offshore provider.

IT support can be provided – depending on the type of systems to be covered by technical support – in two ways. The first one is designed for IT systems that require no special knowledge apart from their names, the use of the technology and how and where to log in to them in the event of failure or a need for modifications.

"In this case you can buy a number of working hours per month, to be determined based on your previous experience with the technical care of these IT systems. Multishoring.info takes action within a few hours of the moment when the client lets us know about a system failure or a need to modify the system. If the volume of work in a given month exceeds the purchased working time, you pay only for the additional time," explained Andrzej Biesiekirski, CEO at Multishoring.info.

The second way is designed for IT systems that require some knowledge and constant low profile maintenance. In this case the client can also buy a defined and guaranteed number of working hours. This allows Multishoring.info to maintain constant knowledge of the supported IT systems and to perform regular maintenance work to prevent any potential problems. However, if an unexpected incident happens anyway, or you need to modify the system, then you have IT staff on hand that will perform the task. And you pay additionally just for this extra work on solving the problem or introducing the necessary changes.

IT support and maintenance operations are carried out to the companies worldwide remotely by Multishoring.info Technical Support & Maintenance department within Multishoring.info's business hours. This, however, can be modified and adjusted to the client's business hours, depending on the scale of the IT support contract.

"By offering IT support of small IT systems we also want to encourage companies from around the world to take advantage of our IT support and maintenance services for their larger systems. They can easily test the quality of our nearshore and offshore services by entrusting us with the IT support of their less important systems. When they realize that it works well and costs half of what they have paid so far, it may be easier for them to entrust us with the IT support of their more critical systems too," added Andrzej Biesiekirski.

WorkXpress to Move into LECG IT Support Services Center at Harrisburg University

WorkXpress is proud to announce its partnership with Harrisburg University of Science and Technology to support the educational institution’s mission to educate and train students in the latest technology.

Harrisburg, PA, January 26, 2011 -- WorkXpress is proud to announce its partnership with Harrisburg University of Science and Technology to support the educational institution’s mission to educate and train students in the latest technology. As part of the partnership, WorkXpress will be the first company to move into the new LECG IT Support Services Center, located 304 Market Street in Harrisburg.

The move represents a mutually beneficial relationship. Harrisburg University, the site of the LECG Center, earns a perfect outlet for educating students in next wave cloud computing and WorkXpress is provided opportunity to train students on its revolutionary platform to build cloud based software applications. Building complex software with WorkXpress requires no code-based knowledge.

The move into the LECG Center at the University represents a second milestone in the regional business community. By moving into the space, WorkXpress will graduate from the successful Harrisburg Regional Chamber and CREDC Murata Business Center. The company moved into Murata in September 2004 with a vision to build a platform that would enable nonprogrammers to build complex software. With the company’s move out in January 2011, the result is success. Murata provided the right support to foster WorkXpress and provide the company time to build its unique platform as a service now available to the computing world.

Treff LaPlante, WorkXpress president and CEO, said, "Murata for us was more then just a friendly home that understands entrepreneurial challenges; being at Murata positively impacted our startup company across every aspect of its activities. Through Murata and its tenants we received an education on how to build a business, and access to the resources needed to do it."

WorkXpress provides software applications to business that are both affordable and highly customizable. The WorkXpress cloud software platform makes development and customization fast and easy, like using PowerPoint. The company has earned accolades from some of the world’s most recognized cloud computing authorities including Forrester, Gartner, and Tier 1 Research. WorkXpress was also named one of the world’s Top 150 Cloud Computing Companies and Treff LaPlante was named one of the world’s Top 30 virtualization bloggers by Sys-Con Media.

"We were founded with a mission to provide academic programs in science and technology fields that will help to create, to attract and to expand economic opportunities in the region. WorkXpress moving into the Services Center is another strong sign that we're heading in the right direction," says Dr. Eric Darr, Executive Vice President and Provost at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.

The LECG IT Support Services Center will promote learning, foster experience, and create job opportunities for information technology students and professionals in the central Pennsylvania region. Operating as a partnership between the academic and commercial worlds, the center will help provide a steady supply of skilled professionals who are in demand in today’s work world. Additionally, it will give local IT students a chance to work and live in the mid-state region upon graduation.
