The Beginner’s Guide to Selling you ASC

Making the decision to sell your ASC can stem from a number of reasons. However, the preliminary steps to preparing your ASC or urgent care center can be the most pivotal to the sale.

Dallas, Texas, August 09, 2014 - In a recent article published by The Ambulatory M&A Advisor, the first thoughts an owner should have and the first steps he or she should take are explored and explained in reference to the selling process. Additionally, Blayne Rush, President of Ambulatory Alliances, LLC, and Curtis Bernstein, managing director of Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting.

One of the more significant points to keep in mind when preparing your outpatient center for sale involves the perception of potential buyers.

“When it comes to buyer perception, buyers are influenced by appearances,” Rush said. “The better prepared you are, the better organized you are and the better you understand and convey your unique message, the better your ASC will look in the eyes of the potential investors. The more authentic and knowledgeable you come across, the more believable your story will be and the more influence you will have on the buyers.”

Further helpful concepts, including aspects of an ASC’s financial reports and balance sheets are detailed in the article, which can be read in full here.

eCommerce Phenom Justin Ligeri Launches Coaching Program - Selling on Amazon

In a few short years, Justin Ligeri has gone from zero to online selling hero, his company Yagoozon earning a spot on the Inc. 500 list of 500 fastest growing companies in the US. Now, Ligeri will share what he's learned, through his new Amazon FBA coaching program.

Providence, RI, January 22, 2013 (Straight Line PR) -- In November of 2010, Justin Ligeri was staring at bankruptcy. He was flat broke and looking at the toughest economy of the last eighty years. At the time his company, Yagoozon, Inc. was a mere figment of his imagination.

However today, Yagoozon is an online force to be reckoned with, having generated over 25 million dollars in sales during the past two years.

"I get asked every day by people who hear my story, if I could coach them to success," says Ligeri. "I have never been able to create the time to do so. But recently I decided that I would open a coaching program to teach others the mindset and techniques required to flourish online."

Ligeri says simply, "I have been blessed," as he talks about his successes. A short YouTube video, in which he shares a few details of his success with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbBk1N-DAlk

"The core of my program is understanding the leverage that is available when you have the correct entrepreneurial mindset," explains Ligeri. "The Greek Mathematician Archimedes said that if you give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum to place it on that he would move the world. Selling online is no different. It is all about understanding the leverage that is possible when you set everything up correctly."

Ligeri knows a thing or two about leverage. Yagoozon officially opened its doors on April 11, 2012. In October 2012, his company was inducted into the Inc 500 list of 500 fastest growing companies in the United States.

Yard Warz: The Online Auction Site for Buying and Selling in Bulk

While there are auction-based websites available today, many of them offer single item sales only.

Baltimore, MD, August 13, 2012 - While there are auction-based websites available today, many of them offer single item sales only. The limited number of sites that do provide bulk sales only allow a purchase to go through at a predetermined price. And until recently, there was a gap in the market whereby individuals and businesses could post all of their items, from a garage sale, yard sale, business liquidation sale and more, as one unit in an auction.

Now there’s Yard Warz, a true auction-based site providing an easy-to-use, hassle-free service to buy and sell bundled merchandise where the final sale goes to the highest bidder. This gives buyers the opportunity to compete for great deals while sellers can earn top-dollar. Yard Warz does have a section for selling individual items for those who don’t have a bundle to sell. However, the site focuses primarily on selling bulk items, such as all items in a yard sale, business liquidation sale, and storage units, as a single item.

Yard Warz was inspired by the popular reality TV shows that have captured thousands of individuals and business owners bidding on bulk merchandise. After watching the show for months, Yard Warz creators and brothers, John and James Black, noticed that there were often many more bidders than there were storage units available. This led to them to think of options those buyers could utilize to offset units they lost to other bidders. This led to the idea that a yard sale could be looked at as a storage unit, without the four walls.

“There are thousands of yard, moving, garage, and liquidation sales across the country every day…our website caters to anyone who likes to buy in volume and those who want to liquidate merchandise by simply taking a photo and filling out some basic information,” said James Black, Managing Partner at Yard Warz.

Starting August 21st, the auction site will be running a promotion through the end of September that allows any new registered user who creates a listing of merchandise for sale to upgrade to a "Featured Listing" at no charge. Additionally, final sale commissions will be reduced from 10% to 5% no matter when the item sells, as long as the listing is created prior to September 30th. Items posted on the Yard Warz site will receive additional promotions through the company’s marketing channels to help increase exposure.

Yard Warz is a true online auction site designed specifically for people and businesses who have new, like-new, or usable items for sale and want to sell them in bulk to the highest bidder. For more information, go to the Yard Warz website at: http://yardwarz.com/ or to speak with James Black, call (443) 880-1868.
