Six Sigma, the business management strategy Dr. Harry co-developed in the 1980’s at Motorola with Bill Smith, spurred scores of Fortune 500 companies – including Motorola, Ford, DuPont and General Electric – to improve profitability and create business growth. Today, Six Sigma standards are still championed by loyal devotees the world over, even in government.
