Breaking News! Industry Veteran Nick Bello joins LifeVantage

Nick Bello of LaPorte, Indiana has built home based businesses for over 16 years and he is now calling LifeVantage his home.

LaPorte, IN, September 19, 2013 – Nick Bello of LaPorte, Indiana has built home based businesses for over 16 years. He recently resigned from his former company to partner with LifeVantage. After 16 years of helping people build successful home based businesses in all 50 states and 18 different countries, Nick Bello is excited about the LifeVantage products and the timing of the company. Committed to the industry and his team, Nick Bello has not only been a distributor, but a top income earner, master-distributor, and corporate officer for companies where he had the opportunity to develop compensation plans, marketing platforms, training systems and share the stage with some of the top names in the industry. Nick Bello is confident that LifeVantage gives the average person a real shot at success.

Although not every year was as successful as others for Nick Bello in the network marketing industry, he felt like this industry was his opportunity to not only do something great for himself and his family, but help others as well. Nick Bello has had tremendous support from his wife which he calls “His Foundation.” “When I started in this industry at 22 years old, I had so many people tell me it wouldn’t work. I was living in a 2 bedroom apartment, driving a rusted 1983 Cutlass” states Nick. His journey through the years has changed his lifestyle dramatically. Still living in LaPorte, Indiana, Nick Bello as well as his wife and three daughters now enjoy a large home and luxury vehicles. More so than what Nick Bello has accomplished, he is proud of the lives he has impacted in a positive way through his journey.

Nick Bello has always helped people in the network marketing industry even if they were not in his team, or not even in his company. Several people mention that they work with Nick Bello today because of his interest in helping them become successful when he had no financial gain to do so. It is his values that make Nick Bello the person that he is. He puts his faith in God to lead him in the right direction.

By joining LifeVantage, Nick Bello feels like he has an opportunity to help people with their health and finances. “Make no mistake about it, long term success in a home based business is directly related to the retention rate of the company” states Nick. “With a product like Protandim that has been proven by science through 15 different peer-reviewed studies, when people start taking the product, they keep taking it, and it is very affordable.” You can see the ABC Primetime special at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_VkSsNsl7EQ.

LifeVantage was the second fastest growing company in the Direct Sales industry in 2012 growing by 167% over 2011 sales. Nick states, “LifeVantage has grown at an amazing rate with no hype. It is the best kept secret in the industry.” When you look at the medical issues sweeping across the world, it is no wonder why Nick Bello is teaming up with LifeVantage. Taking the LifeVantage products have been proven to lower the oxidative stress in the body and oxidative stress is not only linked to aging, but many diseases. “With a product that works as well as the LifeVantage products, we are able to help people with their health and help people make secondary or primary incomes, and the Jeep program is pretty sweet too” states Nick Bello.

Former Wrestler Propels Parati Competitive Rowing to a new level of Discipline and Success

Members of a very successful Woodlands rowing team never dreamed that a former D1 wrestler could lead them to the medals podium.

The Woodlands, TX, May 08, 2013 - Members of a very successful Woodlands rowing team never dreamed that a former D1 wrestler could lead them to the medals podium. At first glance, wrestling and rowing seem to have little in common. But Mike Rosman, head coach of Parati Competitive Rowing, credits his Big Ten NCAA wrestling career for his success in coaching crew.

As Mike explains, “Wrestling is a much more complicated sport than rowing; in wrestling you must be on offense while reacting to your opponent’s moves. Wrestlers must be flexible, strong, and have a very high pain tolerance. Rowing is more of a finesse sport. Mechanically, rowing simply requires mastery of a stroke. Sounds easy, but the key to rowing success is repeating that stroke throughout an entire race without losing form or speed. This is where my wrestling training kicks in. I know how to build strength, endurance, and mental discipline into my athletes so they can push through the pain in competition and maintain effective technique. The measure of success is not how precise your first strokes are, but how fast and efficient you are at the finish line.”

To that end, Coach Mike incorporates many aspects of full body fitness into Parati’s year round training schedule. The athletes in this Woodlands rowing club embrace high intensity cardio work-outs and weight lifting in addition to endurance rowing sessions. Rowers use ergs, stationery rowing machines, to increase conditioning and compete on land against teammates. Blade work refines rowing technique on the water and demands mental focus and repetition.

So how does Coach Mike motivate his athletes to maintain such a strong work ethic?

According to Mike, it’s simple; “I train alongside my rowers. They know I am willing to work as hard as they are, and I am a lot older! Again, this is where my wrestling background serves me well as a coach. I am in great shape and mentally tough – I do not quit. I lead by example.”

Rosman’s philosophy is paying off. In its inaugural year as a club, Parati Competitive Rowing is already the most successful youth rowing club in The Woodlands.

But it’s more than just rowing according to all the members. Coach Mike sums up the club’s attitude; “Parati is more than just a team; we are a family. We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun together. It’s easier to go that extra mile in training when you are in the company of friends.”

Ecotech Institute’s First Graduating Class Finds Success in the Workforce

Companies Across the Country Are Hiring Graduates from Ecotech’s First-Ever Graduating Class

Denver, CO, August 01, 2012 - Ecotech Institute’s first group of graduates crossed the stage on June 21, 2012 and dozens of graduates are already working in the cleantech industry. Three companies have hired a combined 20 graduates, five additional companies have hired one or two graduates, and several students have offers pending. The companies range in size and specialty, with renewable energy graduates receiving jobs in six different states.

In addition to demand from hiring organizations and job placements across the country, positive feedback from new employers about the graduates has been tremendous.

“Hiring managers across the board have been extremely complimentary about the quality of our graduates and their job readiness,” said Michael Seifert, president of Ecotech Institute. “One company even said that Ecotech graduates are the best new hires he has ever worked with. Another company actually created a new position to better utilize the skills and knowledge of an Ecotech graduate. We are thrilled to see our alumni already experiencing great success and making an impact in the workplace.”

Ecotech Institute is the first and only college entirely focused on preparing America’s workforce for careers in clean technology and careers in sustainability. At the school’s first-ever graduation, forty-one students received their associate’s degrees in the following areas: Wind Energy Technology, Solar Energy Technology, Renewable Energy Technology and Electrical Engineering Technology.

Former Governor Bill Ritter, who currently serves as the Director of the Colorado State University Center for the New Energy Economy, delivered the commencement speech. He offered perspectives from his position as governor, discussed Colorado’s aggressive role in the new energy economy, and applauded the promising future of the cleantech and clean energy industries.

“We were in the worst recession since the Great Depression and the only part of the private sector that grew during that was the cleantech/clean energy [sector],” said Ritter. “For your purposes, you chose right. You chose well. You chose the thing that grew, it has the potential to grow and grow and grow.”

The Ecotech curriculum is focused on the development of soft skills (communication, workplace etiquette), and math and science basics and technology skills, but the educational emphasis is on hands-on, practical training. Ecotech’s national board of advisors, who all work in cleantech industries, helped design the school’s curriculum, providing coursework that reflects what students will experience upon graduation.

Ecotech Institute, which is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools, offers five highly practical associate’s degree programs that provide graduates with skills valued by today’s alternative renewable energy employers. Ecotech’s second commencement will be in September.

To learn more about Ecotech Institute, visit us online at www.ecotechinstitute.com or call 877-326-5576. The next round of classes begins in October and applications are being accepted now. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.

Employee Surveys Can Be Critical to Success

Effective employee surveys are critical to the success and survival of an organization. No organization can achieve its goals without engaged and motivated employees.

Atlanta, GA, July 18, 2011 - Effective employee surveys are critical to the success and survival of an organization. No organization can achieve its goals without engaged and motivated employees. Nobody can engage and motivate employees without knowing what they think of the organization.

Unfortunately many leaders and managers think that they do need employee surveys or employee engagement efforts in today’s world. They believe that employees will stay because of the bad economy. Nothing could be further from the truth because good employees are always in demand and can find job opportunities even in today’s economic environment.

Taking the time to create an effective employee survey can show management what workers think of the organization and the leadership team. It can also identify problems that the management team can address.

Employee Surveys Could Save the Organization Money

Employee surveys can even help an organization save money while making it easier to retain good employees. If management can identify employee concerns and complaints and address them they could be able to retain good employees without increasing pay or benefits.

In many cases the factors that drive good employees to leave have little or nothing to do with salary. These factors can include: Frustration with unpopular or ineffective managers, annoying company policies, the feeling that management is unresponsive, poor attitudes and low employee morale.

Those problems can often be fixed with creative change management and effective leadership. The fixes often do not cost the money but they can retain effective employees. The beginning of such fixes is to develop effective employee surveys.

Identifying the source of common frustrations and complaints is the first step in raising morale and increasing employee engagement. The best means of identifying such problems is effective employee surveys.
