Step into Nature: Nurturing Imagination & Spirit in Everyday Life

The New Book Published by Beyond Words/Simon & Schuster by Monterey County Author Patrice Vecchione Will Launch March 2015 Vecchione’s Book Tour for 2015 Announced

Carmel, CA, December 12, 2014 - Step Into Nature is a guide to make nature personal again, to stimulate awareness and increase our understanding of the environment while inspiring readers to develop and strengthen their imaginations. Being in nature doesn’t mean flying off to remote, faraway places. Nature is as close as opening your front door—the sky above, the miniature gardens that insist their way up between the sidewalk cracks, the river just down the road.

Patrice Vecchione shows readers how nature can support and enhance their own creative output, invigorate their curiosity, and restore their sense of connection to the earth. Plus, throughout the text Vecchione includes “Cabinets of Curiosities,” exercises and suggestions for practical and unexpected ways that readers can stimulate their imaginations, deepen their relationships with nature, and experience the harmony between creativity, spirit, and the natural world.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell vehicles Vs. Hydrogen on Demand, Hydro Dynamics HHO, Inc

A Hydrogen Report/Update where the public and businesses can learn current and future use's of Hydrogen as a fuel source.

Boca Raton, FL, December 12, 2014 - New release future fuel Hydrogen is here; the most abundant element on the planet is being used to reduce pollution and the consumption of fossil fuels. It has been used since the 1800’s as a fuel and fuel supplement. NASA has been using Hydrogen to power spacecrafts since the 1950’s. Next year large automobile manufacturers; Toyota and BMW plan to release pollution free Hydrogen powered automobiles.

California has been targeted for the release; it is currently the only state that has Hydrogen fueling stations. Currently there are only a few stations in the United States which are located in California. Major oil companies are hoping to have as many as 20 fueling stations in the Los Angeles area by mid 2015.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell cars have been designed to have the same traveling distance as a similar conventional gasoline engine vehicles. The cost will start in the mid $50,000 range. The initial release of Hydrogen vehicles will be compact models and will have all the options of their gasoline counterparts. The positive factors are; Hydrogen is pollution free. The negative factor is the lack of fueling stations, the unknown cost of fuel and weight limitations.

Hydrogen on Demand as a supplement is available today; it has been used to power engines for over 200 years. An engine that uses clean Hydrogen can reduce its carbon footprint +/- 90% and increase the fuel efficiency in Diesel & Gas engines as much as +/- 50%. The cost of a good Hydrogen Booster is a few hundred dollars for a small engine up to $1,000 or more for larger Diesel engines.

The positive factors are: Hydrogen on Demand is available now worldwide. It can be installed easily on any engine and the pollution and fuel savings can be substantial. It can be added to diesel engines helping to reduce pollution and increase MPG +/- 50%. It runs on water an inexpensive plentiful resource. The negative factors are: maintenance and bad publicity resulting from Hydrogen products that did not work. Many DIY kits and internet plans to build a Hydrogen generator do not work, Those who use a glass jar or plastic bottles beware, Hydrogen is very explosive and can be dangerous, if not handled properly.

The HydroDynamicsHHO.com team has been advancing Hydrogen Technologies since 1999. They are excited about the new advancements which can help the public save on the cost of energy and reduce pollution. The time to act is now! The new Hydro Dynamo Booster is a state of the art Hydrogen Booster (+/-93%) available to Individuals, Companies and Governmental agencies interested in saving fuel and helping the environment. First Nations Self-Defense, SAFE International Self Defense Certification For First Nations

SAFE International Self Defense experts have expanded their self-defense services to include First Nations self-defense certification for those living and working in the First Nation communities.

Toronto, Canada, December 08, 2014 - (Straight Line PR) - SAFE International Self Defense experts have expanded their self-defense services to include First Nations self-defense certification for those living and working in the First Nation communities.

1. Aboriginal people are two times more likely than non-Aboriginal people to experience a violent victimization such as an assault, sexual assault or robbery.

2. Those aged 15 to 34 years were nearly two and a half times more likely to experience a violent victimization compared to those who were 35 years and older.

3. Aboriginal people were almost twice as likely to be the victim of spousal violence as non-Aboriginals. The homicide rate for an Aboriginal individual was almost seven times higher than that for non-Aboriginal people.

SAFE International™ First Nations intends to change these statistics by ensuring that all Aboriginal people are free from harm and get home to their families daily… safe and sound. SAFE International has taken the first step to making this possible. Recently SAFE International certified some members from the Timiskaming First Nations so that they can instruct members of their community in how to better protect themselves. The SAFE™ philosophy of self-protection is unlike any other. This is not a martial arts program, nor is it designed with complicated techniques that require hours and hours of practice. For starters, the main focus is not even on the physical component of self defense, but rather, on the awareness and avoidance aspect. At SAFE International™ they believe in providing individuals with the skills that can help prevent situations from getting physical in the first place. Unfortunately this preferred outcome isn’t always possible so there is hands-on training as well, based on real-life scenarios.

Another thing that distinguishes the self-defense program for First Nation communities from so many others is the approach they take. All of their seminars are taught by incorporating a great deal of humour, yes, humour. Without a doubt self defense is a very serious topic, however, the instruction of it doesn’t have to be intimidating or frightening. If you think back to some of the previous lessons you learned, I bet you would find that the ones you recall, and retained the most knowledge from, were the ones taught in an entertaining and memorable way.

What are the benefits to becoming A SAFE Certified Instructor?

1. You will give the residents of your First Nation community the skills to feel, and be safer!

2. You will be able to teach participants how to recognize and avoid violence before it begins!

3. You will have the ability to teach others how to verbally de-escalate violence!

Indulgent Confections Partners with Volunteering Platform, GoVoluntr, to Reward Kindness in The Community

GoVoluntr Participants Can Now Redeem Service Points for a Free Gift from Indulgent Confections

Scottsdale, AZ, December 08, 2014 — Indulgent Confections, a wholesome line of delicious, artesian confections, is pleased to join forces with GoVoluntr, a social network that connects volunteers, non-profits and businesses together into an engaging community of "Do Goodrs."

GoVoluntr partners with business of all types and sizes to reward the act of volunteerism. The program incentivizes and rewards Do Goodrs with free products and services in exchange for points earned from volunteering service, this way local companies can inspire impact in their community. And when Do Goodrs feel appreciated by local retailers, they're much more inclined to support those same businesses in the future.

"GoVoluntr is proud to support the Live Confectionately philosophy along with Indulgent Confections. Small indulgences for Do Goodrs means a sweeter life for everyone,” said MJ Fogelsrom, co-founder of GoVoluntr.

How does GoVoluntr work?

GoVoluntr matches individuals with volunteer opportunities and tracks their service hours through a Volunteer ID (VID) system. Those tracked hours can then be shared with their connections and other social sites to share their good deeds and help spread the word about their favorite causes. An individual’s time is recorded for the purpose of redeeming a specific prize.

Businesses can register their product as a reward, giving volunteers a certain number of volunteer hours to work in order to redeem a prize.

Indulgent Confections is excited to offer their delicious creations as a reward for which GoVoluntr’s community of Do Goodr’s can redeem their points.

Indulgent Confections believes that to "Live Confectionately," defines a lifestyle of treating people with sweetness and random acts of kindness. When Indulgent Confections Founder Glen Flook heard about this cause, he was immediately on board and wanted to give back to GoVoluntr participants.

Flook said, “We are very excited about our partnership with GoVoluntr. This is the perfect opportunity to partner with a company who believes in our motto, “Live Confectionately.” It’s our pleasure to support community volunteering efforts through GoVoluntr.”

About GoVoluntr:
GoVoluntr is a social network that connects volunteers, non-profits and businesses together into an engaging community of "Do Goodrs." We match individuals with volunteer opportunities and track their service hours through our Volunteer ID (VID) system. Those tracked hours can then be shared with their connections and other social sites to share their good deeds and help spread the word about their favorite causes.

The real fun begins when volunteers start accumulating hours. Do Goodrs earn Volunteer Pin (VPins) as well as points to showcase and reward their community stewardship and activity! Points can be exchanged for rewards from local merchants and favorite brands to get our Do Goodrs real world prizes!

GoVoluntr provides a new way for businesses to interact with non-profits and champion causes in their community. We give businesses a turn-key employee volunteer program, a powerful cause-related marketing platform, and on-demand reporting of all their activity.

We make it easy for volunteers, non-profits and businesses to do good.

World’s First “Coaching” Movie On a Mission to Inspire the Lives of One Million

Watch the Journey of Five Individuals as Coaching Techniques Improve Their Lives in “Coaching” Movie

Hollywood, CA, December 08, 2014 — The “Coaching” Movie, slated to be produced and directed in mid-2015, by the team of Body Language Experts Patryk & Kasia Wezowski, as well as award-winning producer Betsy Chasse, will showcase the inner journeys of five individuals coached by masters of various coaching schools while documenting the best coaching techniques for success.

The audience will share in their life-changing journeys, as the client confronts and taps into their deepest emotions, overcomes their challenges, and gains life-changing insights. Each individual’s story will unfold in it's own unique way based on the personal history of each client and methodology of the coach.

The film will feature some of the most accomplished and well-known experts in their field including Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, Jack Canfield, Dr. John Gray, Mark Thompson, Dr. John Demartini and Marci Shimoff.

Patryk Wezowski commented, “It's not a movie. It's a movement with the mission to inspire one million lives to transform people’s dreams into reality through coaching. We wanted to create a film that would be an expression of the passion we have for coaching. It comes from our hearts. We are focusing on supporting clients to give them the inspiration to solve their challenges through coaching. In addition, we are doing this to support the coaching community as a whole. Our dream for the future, is to have a foundation to assist low-income individuals with coaching assistance, and that would be started at a later date with potential profits from the ‘Coaching’ Movie.”

The Wezowski Team has built their success on creating the Center for Body Language, the world's #1 training center for business people in 15 countries. With the tremendous success they've had transforming the lives of clients with personal challenges, they wanted to create something from their hearts driven by their passion for what they do, coaching!

Wezowski says, "You can measure your potential for success or failure through body language, and that's why it's so powerful. But the change has to come from within, from the inside out. That's why we not only focus on non-verbal communication recognition, but we pinpoint how to change lives from the inside out. This is why we are making the ‘Coaching’ Movie.”

The film will be funded by investors in the personal development world. In addition, the producers of the ‘Coaching’ Movie will launch an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign in early 2015 in order to provide fans of coaching an opportunity to be a part of this worldwide movement.

Contributors to their crowdfunding campaign can be part of the movie itself including a speaking role, background actor, all the way up to producer or executive producer. In addition, those who contribute can participate as someone who needs coaching in their own life, becoming part of the documentary.

1. Coach Option: You will be filmed while coaching one of our clients and/or deliver an interview.

2. Coaching Client Option: You will experience a transformation by being coached during our USA road trip.

3. Contributor Option: You have a deeply emotional story or a fascinating view on coaching that is worth sharing in an interview.

Help the ‘Coaching’ Movie carry their mission forward, transforming client’s lives to help them achieve their greatest dreams!

About Coaching Movie:
The purpose of this movie is to define what professional coaching is and identify the coaches that are best qualified to help individuals with inner transformation. The term ‘coaching’ has become popularized, with many people claiming to be ‘coaches’ even though they’ve had little formal training. How can you find truly qualified coaches? Will coaching help you in transforming your life or will it cost you a fortune and leave you even more lost than before?

Coaching– a process via which an individual is supported while achieving a specific personal or professional competence result or goal

The documentary is intended to inspire people to make changes to better their lives that haven’t had the courage or means to do so before. The creation of this movie is also a quest in search of the best and most effective coaches and coaching techniques. Various coaches and coaching techniques – together with public opinions and experiences – will be published on the movie’s website. The ultimate goal is to create an online community and comprehensive database of techniques and coaches with the power to transform lives.

About The Nutcracker:
Peninsula Ballet Theatre is very pleased to bring its beloved version of The Nutcracker to the Golden State Theatre. “The moment we heard that Eric and Lori Lochtefeld were adding the Golden State to their venues we knew we wanted to be part of this great creative adventure,” said Christine Leslie, President and Executive Director of the ballet company. “We have partnered with them for all four years since they became the owners of the Fox Theatre in Redwood City,” she continued. “We love the charm and the atmosphere of these historic theatres, as do our audiences.”

After making two trips to the Golden State Theatre, the Peninsula Ballet Theatre’s artistic and technical team knew there was no looking back.

“The Golden State Theatre is set up differently than the Fox Theatre so we will be making some slight changes to our choreography to suit the stage size,” said Artistic Director David Fonnegra. “Carlos Carvajal, The Nutcracker choreographer, and I began creating on the spot how to make these changes that will bring the audience closer to the choreography and take advantage of the unique beauty of the venue.”

The Peninsula Ballet Theatre is bringing its entire cast including professionals and student performer from the Company Conservatory. Over 125 costumes characters bring the story of the Nutcracker to life. The technical team arrives on Monday before the performance to begin the transformation to Victorian Scotland. The students portray the friends and family of Clara and Fritz Silverbaum who attend everyone’s favorite holiday party filled with presents, dancing and special entertainments from Dr. Drosselmeyer. Clara’s holiday dreams are fulfilled by dancing by the company’s professional dancers and artists.

Choreographed by Bay Area dance legend and Isadore Duncan Dance Award winner, Carlos Carvajal, this Nutcracker has become a favorite of audiences throughout northern California and is sure to delight audiences in the entire Monterey Peninsula region.

The Company plans on bringing more than just Nutcracker to the Monterey area. Additional Productions will be announced at a future date. “When we have toured this production to Oakland, Pittsburg and Reno we have historically integrated local dance students into the production. We hope to be able to do so for future Nutcracker and other productions,” continued Fonnegra.

“This is a logical progression for a Company that has been delighting audiences for 44 years,” added Leslie. “We are looking forward to being part of this creative adventure in Monterey.”

About Peninsula Ballet Theatre:
Founded in 1967, Peninsula Ballet Theatre is the second oldest professional ballet company in the Bay Area. In 2010, it opened the Peninsula Ballet Theatre Conservatory in 30,000 foot space at 1880 South Grant Street in San Mateo. In that time, it has become an artistic hub with classes in all forms of dance, vocal and acting training as well as a fine art gallery for local artists. David Fonnegra joined Peninsula Ballet in 2013 with the vision of transforming the professional Company into one that reflected the younger, more dynamic nature of its audience base. More information at PeninsulaBallet.org

About the Golden State Theatre:
In 1926, a 15,000 square-foot Moorish castle rose on Alvarado Street, to the amazement of locals and visitors alike. A new cinema and live performance venue to rival those in California's largest cities, the Golden State Theatre , which was built by the Reid Brothers, was the definition of an opulent movie palace. After decades of deterioration, it was faithfully restored to its former glory, featuring an Old World grand lobby and mezzanine, one thousand plush velvet seats, state-of-the-art sound, and the indefinable magic of a truly historic setting. B.B. King, Bill Cosby, Willie Nelson, Yes, Patti Smith, Bob Weir and The Smothers Brothers — these are just some of the names that have graced the stage, contributing to the Theatre's new legacy since its renovation and exciting revival. The community is invited to attend a world-class concert or musical at the Golden State Theatre, or host their own special event here, and become part of its new chapter of history.

The Golden State Theatre is operated by husband and wife entrepreneurs, Eric and Lori Lochtefeld, along with a team of industry professionals from across the country. They are also co-owners of the Fox Theatre in Redwood City, also built by the Reid Brothers in 1929, where they hold nearly 200 events per year. Through their work with the Fox Theatre and the community, they have helped to revitalize downtown Redwood City. For more information, go to www.goldenstatetheatre.com or call (831) 649-1070.

The Mandell Gisnet Center for Conflict Management Awarded Grant to Support Veterans Mediation

The Mandell Gisnet Center (MGC) has announced that it recently received a grant from the National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM)

Seaside, CA, December 06, 2014 - The Mandell Gisnet Center (MGC) has announced that it recently received a grant from the National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM) and the JAMS Foundation to support Veterans Mediation in Monterey County and the surrounding tri-County area to reach veterans across San Benito, Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties.

“Over the past 30 years, mediation programs and services have proven to offer constructive and effective approaches to resolve differences and conflicts between individuals, groups and organizations, including veterans,” explains Isabel Bjork, Executive Director and Associate Dean, Mandell Gisnet Center. “We are honored to be one of only six organizations nationally to be recognized with a grant from The JAMS Foundation and the National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM) to support Veterans Mediation. We believe there is a strong need in our community and look forward to helping veterans with some important challenges they face in their lives.”

The Veterans Mediation program was founded with the recognition that veterans have distinct values and experiences that shape their lives. The MGC staff works with veterans and their families to resolve conflicts about housing, family life, benefits and work through mediation in a safe environment. They also provide training by veterans for veterans and their families on communication, conflict resolution and mediation techniques. Fees are based on a sliding scale. For appointments or more information, email veterans@mandellgisnetcenter.org or call (831) 582-5234.

The program is coordinated by Jack Signorella, a veteran of the Vietnam War and a dedicated mediator and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professional. Jack serves as the Veterans Mediation Liaison and a volunteer mediator. Jack was the recipient of a Community Service Award from the United Way of Monterey County in 2014. Following a successful career in medical education and public service, Jack has directed his time and talents to mediation, with a particular passion for veterans’ issues. Jack completed the mediation skills training course at MGC in 2012. Since then, he has been mediating in MGC’s court mediation program and NEIGHBOR Project, volunteering in over 100 cases.Jack has furthered his mediation skills with advanced mediation courses at Pepperdine Law School and Community Boards.

About The Mandell Gisnet Center for Conflict Management:
The Mandell Gisnet Center for Conflict Management (MGC), the non-profit alternative dispute resolution education and service arm of the Monterey College of Law, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is committed to providing mediation and training services.

The Mandell Gisnet Center, housed in remodeled LEED Platinum Ford Ord buildings in Monterey County, California, was founded with the vision that conflicts can be resolved in a peaceful, amicable manner and without expensive, protracted, and damaging legal battles. In 2005, Maurice Mandell and Rebekah Gisnet left a bequest to the Monterey College of Law as a result of their personal challenges related to the legal system. Their bequest was used to form MGC. Though they lived in a beautiful area and had significant resources at their disposal, Maurice and Rebekah spent the last years of their lives involved in a bitter legal battle over a property dispute with their neighbors. They spent many years fighting in court, but neither party ever found a satisfactory resolution. At the end of their lives, as they looked back on the wasted time, energy, and money spent on that dispute, they concluded that there had to be a better way. They resolved that a large portion of their estate would be given as a bequest for the creation and promotion of mediation and training services through Monterey College of Law. MGC has fulfilled this vision by offering a variety of ADR education and services, including mediation. The mission of the MGC is to:

- Promote and apply a mediative, empathetic, problem-solving approach to reduce and resolve conflict

- Train Monterey County and tri-county residents to resolve disputes in their homes, workplaces and community

- Offer a variety mediation services to Monterey County residents regardless of their ability to pay

- Promote mediation as an alternative to hostility, court battles, and violence

- Educate law students and attorneys in mediation, and engage them in community service to resolve disputes

One popular MGC program involves their NEIGHBOR Project mediation services, a dispute resolution process in which an impartial panel of mediators facilitates a conversation in a safe and respectful environment. The mediators do not make decisions about the outcome and the participants themselves work towards a solution with which they are comfortable.

To donate, volunteer, access mediation services, sign up for mediation trainings or for more information about our programs, go to www.mandellgisnetcenter.org or call (831) 582-5234.

Global Techno Thriller, Twilight Visitor, One man's Challenge to Prevent Nuclear War

Two worlds collide when China invades Iran over oil, and when one lonely man, sitting on a beach in Portugal meets a mystery woman who reveals that he alone holds the answer to stopping the nuclear confrontation coming in less than 24 hours.

Molndal, Sweden, December 04, 2014 - Since its publication just two months ago, by Netherworld Books (UK), Twilight Visitor has already been described as “…a high concept thriller that is comparable with the best of Dan Brown or Jack Higgins.” says novelist, David Luddington.

Book-Reviewer.com says this, “The story races along with (the) pace of a Tom Clancy thriller…”

Twilight Visitor is a global thriller which depicts an all too-real energy-desperate China shocking the world with its sudden invasion into Iran to secure its oil. Meanwhile, a lonely man sits on the beach of his home village in Portugal, trying to resolve his dysfunctional personal life, when he meets a strange mystery woman who informs him that because of his special field of knowledge that he alone holds the answer to an impending and inevitable global nuclear war which is about to occur.

Two worlds collide, as the Sino-Persian conflict escalates in just 24 hours into a global debacle, and as this one man comes head-to-head with the ghosts of his own past, fighting to hold onto a shadow of himself while refusing to do anything about the approaching crisis. A high tech, high-octane, adrenaline-pumping thriller with political and philosophical insights which pose many questions.

About the Author:
Réal Laplaine has authored eight books, mostly in the genre of thrillers and techno-thrillers. While he currently lives in Sweden, he was born in Canada. His roots however trace back to Spain, where his grandfather was born and raised, and thereafter emigrated to Canada where he married an indigenous Indian. Thus it is no surprise that a good part of Twilight Visitor takes place on the coastal region of the Iberian Peninsula.

Humanitarian Potential of ParaZapper MY with Ebola Viral Disease

While not medical devices and not approved as such, there is sufficient evidence to consider off-label usage for humanitarian purposes in the effort to ease the suffering and possibly reduce the mortality rates associated with Ebola virus.

Pinson, AL, December 01, 2014 - Urgent Request for evaluation of the Humanitarian Potential of ParaZapper MY with Ebola Viral Disease.

Without making specific, treatment of disease, claims, the ParaZapper technology may offer potential benefit regarding suffering and the mortality rate in the current Ebola outbreak in Western Africa.

ParaZapper MY is a precision controlled electronic device that uses safe, low voltage pulsed electric fields, LVPEF, to kill or inhibita broad spectrum of microbes in water based environments. The basis of this is established in the food and drink processing industry where PEMF (1,2) is used to destroy all microbes in food or drink such as milk, juices, etc. Due to the high volume of material being produced at any time, the application of pulsed electric fields to these foods and drinks requires a very fast and powerful pulse as the material is flowing at a very high rate. These particular pulse generators are not suitable for use on humans whereas ParaZapper uses a safer technology.

When electric fields are applied to smaller volumes or volumes that are in minimal motion, then the strength of the fields can be reduced to a lower strength and applied more frequently over a longer duration to achieve reasonable results.

This has been demonstrated under microscopic observation with bacteria, protozoa, and yeast, as wells as with some fungi (3,4,5). These types of studies are not practical on virus due to the inability to observe functioning virus under the microscope.

While these devices are not medical devices and have not received any approval as such, there is sufficient evidence to have them considered to be used off-label for humanitarian purposes in the effort to ease the suffering and possibly reduce the mortality rates associated with Ebola virus. The effects of such usage in this application are unknown, however, the devices should be considered to be inherently safe for the following reasons.

The output voltage is 10.0 volts or less and it operates on a 9 volt battery.

The output signal is current limited to a safe level so as not to risk any personal
injury.

The company has sold many thousands of these units to customers worldwide for the purpose of investigating electric water purification. We note the off label use on humans may be relatively common with no complaints of personal injury and no significant side effects other than what would be found with the destructive inhibition of any large volume of microbial inhabitants in the human body.

While FDA approval has not been applied for, the FDA has investigated these products
and this company. In the case of this company, based on the information obtained by the FDA, in a letter to the CEO of the company, the FDA found that these products should be considered to be Class 3 devices, capable of preserving human life, if and when used for the prevention or cure of disease or illness. FDA approval has not been applied for because these devices are sold as experimental water treatment devices, "for water not intended for human consumption

The unit would need to be applied to a patient for several hours a day, if not continuously, for the duration of the illness.

The unit will generally run for 24 hours on a single 9 volt alkaline battery.

Para Systems, Inc., in private transaction, will provide 5 research units at cost plus shipping and handling in consideration of the humanitarian nature of this issue.

Certain substantiating information is listed below. Kindly contact the writer for further private discussion of the potential therapeutic benefits of this technology.

The most important point of this communication is that the off-label use of this water treatment device has the potential of saving human lives as well as reducing the level of suffering associated with Ebola and potentially other illnesses and this potential needs to be thoroughly tested.

The World Health Organization (WHO) stated, on August 12, 2014, that “… the panel reached consensus that it is ethical to offer unproven interventions There was unanimous agreement that there is a moral duty to also evaluate these interventions…

Travelers from the UK to Vietnam increasing by 16%, beaten only by France

Vietnam’s first luxury tour operator has pinned high hope on expanding its British clientele following its successful show at the recent World Travel Market London 2014.

Hanoi, Vietnam, November 29, 2014 - Vietnam’s first luxury tour operator has pinned high hope on expanding its British clientele following its successful show at the recent World Travel Market London 2014.

During the first nine months of this year 2014, European arrivals increased sharply over the same period in 2013; visitors from the UK have increased by 16%, Germany by 75%, Spain by 24%, and Italy by 15%.

The country’s tourist board revealed at WTM that a total of 158,000 Brits have visited the country in the first nine months of the year, a year-on-year increase of 16%.

The figures mean the UK is the second most important European source market for the destination, beaten only by France’s 165,000 visitors over the same period.

It was also revealed that Europe is Vietnam’s third largest source market with a total 14% market share of international visitors.

Pham Ha, CEO and founder of Luxury Travel held high level meetings with representatives of a large number of companies and the leaders of the luxury tourism industry. Vietnam’s first luxury tour operator has pinned high hope on expanding its British clientele following its successful show at the recent World Travel Market London 2014.

“There are many tour operators and travel agents who are interested in our award winning luxury tour operations and who are looking for new luxury travel products in Vietnam thanks to new direct flights and huge demand from British travelers. Vietnam is getting more and more popular in the UK and Ireland markets and we have many new contracts and accounts,” said Ha.

The growth of the experiential travel market is well reported. Luxury travellers aren’t merely buying a destination anymore, they are seeking engagement. Terms such as “authentic”, “transformational experiences”, “meaningful connections” and so on, are populating the brochures and websites of travel companies.

Pham Ha reveals that more specialist golf tour operators want to develop golf and wellness spas tours in their brochure in 2015, an experiential travel trend he believes will continue in the future. Britain’s tourists, according to Ha, picked Vietnam for their vacations for safety, affordable prices, authenticity, warm weather, and convenient direct flights.

Britons traveling to Vietnam are looking for a more authentic experience and seek to have a deeper understanding of the country’s culture, food, history and everyday life. While Thailand is geared more toward mass market tourism, Vietnam is a destination that is attractive to a more selective class of travelers.

Luxury Travel’s booking record indicates that British travelers prefer cultural experiences and beach extensions, while many also combine Vietnam and Cambodia or Myanmar into one trip.

He confirmed that his representative office in London and sales and marketing team will expand its stand and come back to WTM 2015.

Deputy director general Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Nguyen Quoc Hung said as the destination seeks to grow these numbers, so more would be done to engage the UK press and travel industry. Vietnam is planning to hold a series of fam and press trips to further drive growth in UK tourist numbers.

With significant numbers of visitors from Australia, America, France, England and Germany, Vietnam expects to receive over 8 million tourists in 2014.

Online Commerce A Necessary Challenge

Internet offers enormous opportunities, but survival in this market is not easy. It does not simply involve the creation of an attractive website with a shopping cart, it requires much more.

Woburn, MA, November 29, 2014 – AURA (www.auraportal.com), a global provider of AuraPortal Business Process Management (BPM) software, has published a study entitled "The market is on the Internet" which analyses the profound changes in the preferences and buying habits of a now generally globalized market and the problems faced by the majority of companies, in any sector (not only the ones involved in online sales), whose Promotions, Sales and After-sales services are affected by the new trends demanded by the current market.

AuraPortal has been distinguished with great advantage over its competitors by Ovum in its Decision Matrix report and by other renowned analyst firms.

Convenience, price and time savings accelerate the growth of eCommerce, however most companies have not yet realized the extent of the change in mentality, focus and the technologies necessary to adapt the way companies are managed in this new market.

In an emerging market, with a small investment, some small (or even tiny) companies have achieved successful sales thanks to the Internet, but a global market not only means many buyers but also many vendors which makes it more difficult than the traditional market.

Most companies must adapt their strategies to the characteristics of the new activities; furthermore, they must have the correct tools to optimize their management.

AuraPortal is the leading Business Process Management (BPM ) software with a perfectly integrated eCommerce system. It is characterized by its ease in handling and purchasing operations. The total integration of online ordering with delivery of products offers an extraordinary advantage, given that it allows unprecedented automation of sales operations. It is not a case of completed eCommerce actions providing data for a database but the conversion of this data into information flowing through processes.

Through AuraPortal Cloud, this solution is accessible to any economy.

Since the beginning of the global economic and financial crisis, financial institutions have embarked on the search for technology tools to help optimize their resources and processes, becoming more profitable, efficient and offering an improved service in order to retain customer loyalty.

But not just any technology is adequate enough to successfully undertake business improvement projects in the financial sector. This technology must meet certain requirements, such as: flexibility, adaptability, fast implementation, reliability and modernity, in line with current and future times.

Amongst these financial institutions are: ScotiaBank, Davivienda Bank, BMG Bank (Minas Gerais Bank), Falabella Bank, BCCR (Central Bank of Costa Rica), Banca March, BNF (National Development Bank), Baneco (Economic Bank), Bank of Guatemala, BDF (Nicaragua Finance Bank) Carrefour Financial Services, Excellent Incasso, and the list goes on.

The following processes can be highlighted as examples of processes automated with AuraPortal:

• Core Business Processes (Credit Concession Management, Goods Received in Lieu of Payment, Document Approval, Credit Committee, etc.).

• Operational Risk Management Processes (Element Protection, Change Control, Preventive Control, etc.).

• Financial Analysis Processes (Legal Analysis, Financial Analysis, Impact Analysis, etc.).

• Customer Management Processes (Campaigns and Promotions, Creation of new Products, Checking Account Creation, Inquiries and Complaints, etc.).

• Procurement, Supply and Outsourcing Management Processes.

• Human Resource Management Processes (Staff Administration, Absence and Overtime Management, Evaluation and Control, Recruitment, etc.).

• Standards Management Processes (Basel II/III, Patriot Act, AML, SOX, Quality, Information Security, Occupational Security, Personal Data Security, etc.).

• And many more.

In the words of Pablo Trilles, Vice President of AURA: "The fact that more than 20 Financial Institutes express their satisfaction with AuraPortal just goes to show that it is the optimum solution for this type of institution. The increase of customers in this industry has been continuous over the last few years and we have become an international benchmark in the Business Process Management (BPM) field".
