A New Luxury Tour to Launch in Myanmar

Luxury Travel Ltd is promoting “Discover Myanmar from Highlights to Relaxation” for discerning travelers.

Hanoi, Vietnam, February 29, 2012 - Luxury Travel Ltd is promoting “Discover Myanmar from Highlights to Relaxation” for discerning travelers.

On this latest luxury Myanmar tour, you will discover the best places in Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay and Inle Lake, while you also get to rest and relax on the best beach in Myanmar on the Bay of Bengal in the Indian Ocean.

Myanmar is the sleeping dragon of Southeast Asia. Political and economic reforms will have created a new impetus to increase the tourism sector of the nation. Myanmar is the cool new place for savvy travelers who want to be the first to discover new destinations. Of course, Myanmar has attracted travelers for decades thanks to its abundant forests, rich wildlife, ancient cities and fascinating culture.

“Myanmar’s appeal to luxury travelers lies in the way it has been unaffected by modern developments. The deeply Buddhist “Land of the Golden Pagoda” resonates with a strong sense of place, undiluted by mass tourism and warmed by genuine hospitality. You will find atmospheric hotels and a network of well-maintained regional jets serving the main sites. Ask luxury travel advisor team for visa and keep in mind that the Burmese economy remains largely cash-based.” Pham Ha, CEO of Luxury Travel Ltd Myanmar.

Tips for Post surgery Success from Signature Smiles

Minor dental surgery is something that most of us can’t go through life avoiding.

Great Neck, NY, January 18, 2012 - Minor dental surgery is something that most of us can’t go through life avoiding. If you have dental surgery coming up, make sure that – in addition to making sure all your questions are answered prior to your upcoming dental procedure – you also prepare yourself for any post-procedure discomfort you may experience.

For example, pop a (small) bag of frozen peas in your grocery cart the next time you go shopping, and keep it handy for when you return from your surgical appointment. Holding the bag of frozen peas to your face at ten to twenty minute intervals for the first 24 hours following surgery will help minimize any facial swelling. Do not apply heat within the first 24 hours, as this will make swelling worse, and may incubate bacteria, potentially resulting
in the spread of an infection.

Following your surgery, we will place a gauze pad on the surgical area to limit bleeding while clotting takes place. Make sure to continually bite down on the gauze, or keep the pad firmly pressed on the spot for at least an hour after leaving our office.

Following surgery we recommend you not smoke, drink from a bottle or through a straw, nor spit forcefully, as you could disrupt the surgery-healing clot.

Last but not least — make sure you take it easy after any surgery.

Rest and relaxation decelerate your circulation, which in turn slows down the bleeding and will help you recover faster.

It’s a 2 For 1 on 11-11-11 as Windy Town Releases ‘Meditation & Relaxation of Mind and Body’

Find a quiet place and take some time to discover just how good you can feel. This music is set at a slow 40 - 60 beats per minute which can help to lower your heart rate and relax further. Recorded in pristine digital, this recording uses the latest technology and stereo imaging to create an immersive experience.

Bartlett, IL, November 11, 2011 -- Windy Town Artists, released an album called "Meditation & Relaxation of Mind and Body." "Much research has been done, about the positive healing effects that music has on the mind and the resulting measurable increases in brain activity. Combine that result, with the relaxing music, gentle mountain streams and you have a great combination" said Droste. He stated, “We wanted to release two of our most successful products for one low price." The Meditation recording is a static 30 minute track for those who prefer to try that method. The Relaxation of Mind and Body is 26 minute, gentle guided verbal journey into total relaxation of the body and mind. "Close your eyes, relax, take slow deep relaxing breaths of air as you journey into one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating experiences that one can have," said Droste.

In our fast paced and hectic life, these recordings are needed even more urgently to help us reconnect to our body’s core. Many have truly enjoyed the relaxation process, starting in the feet, and through guided imagery, slowly relax every muscle to the top of the head.
