Luxury Travel Ltd Reveals Summer Holiday Trends in Vietnam

Luxury Travel Ltd www.luxurytravelvietnam.com Reveals Summer Holiday Trends and Recomend Discerning Holidaymakers to Exotic Beaches in Vietnam

Hanoi, Vietnam, May 26, 2012 - Travelers rave about Vietnam's exceptionally friendly people, unique 54 traditions, stunning landscape and gorgeous beach locations. But, discerning visitors often plan a trip to Vietnam with a single question in mind, “Is the summer a good time plan a visit?” The answer is “Yes!”

Traditionally, the summer time in Vietnam was regarded as the 'low season' for tourism. This was because numerous potential vacationers were put off since June, July and August are the monsoon months. However, recently, travelers have come to learn that the central coast of Vietnam is at its very best temperatures, with blue skies, reduced humidity and mild onshore breezes.

Central Vietnam is a succession of spectacular coral sand beach locations ranging from fast paced seaside resorts to deserted hideaways and idyllic tropical islands. However, the region is a lot more than a beach destination. There is also a wide array of cultures, retailers, cuisine and natural beauty.

Accommodations in Central Vietnam are also different. Escape the crowds at the ultra-luxurious Nam Hai Resort and stay in many new luxury resorts at My Khe Beach. There is also the Kiem Resort in Nha Trang and Six Senses Nha Trang, with a lot of choices in between. The Phan Thiet Beach or Phu Yen may be just right for you, or try Furama in Danang or the superior-value Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang overlooking Nha Trang Bay on a private island.

Phu Quoc Island and Con Dao are newly emerging destinations for seaside breaks and beach front vacations. While cruising around Halong Bay, spending a night onboard a boat and relaxing on the Cat Ba Islands in North Vietnam are also amongst the favorite excursions for water loving travelers.

“Vietnam, an exotic destination, appeals to travelers with its unspoiled islands and beaches for holidaymakers. We are seeing interest in the An Lam Ninh Van Bay Villas near Nha Trang, as well as Hyatt Regency Danang, Intercontinental Danang Resort, Fusion Maia Resort Hoian, Ana Mandara Hue. The next upcoming destination in Vietnam is the archipelago of Con Dao where Six Senses has developed a resort. Con Dao’s beaches are undeveloped so you are among the first to discover it. And now, we are offering stays of five nights for the price of only three.” said Pham Ha, Founder and CEO of Luxury Travel Ltd

Travelers will still need to take temperatures into account, as heavy rain has an effect on the north and south of Vietnam. Usually, clouds show up quickly, a solid breeze springs up, the sky darkens, and the rain pours down for about 20 minutes, leaving behind calm skies, and soon, the sunshine returns and the temperature rise once more.

“Try one of our summer vacation packages and get a nice price reduction. However, you will still receive superior service, as guides and customer service teams are readily available just about every minute of each day, to make sure that your trip goes off without a problem. This is all a standard part of Luxury Travel's service as an award winning luxury travel provider!” added Pham Ha

Dr. Michael Uro Foot Care, Sacramento has Treated Over 1000 Patients with Revolutionary Toenail Fungus Laser Treatment

Millions of people suffer from an embarrassing toenail fungus problem, known as onychomycosis, that can often be difficult to treat. There is now a treatment available that doesn't require the use of expensive topical medications. Dr. Michael Uro Foot Care has successfully treated over thousands of patients with a non-invasive, drug-free toenail fungus laser treatment.

Sacramento, CA, May 24, 2012 (Straight Line PR) -- Dr. Michael Uro Foot Care is pleased to announce the successful treatment of over a thousand patients with a revolutionary toenail fungus laser treatment. The doctor's toenail fungus laser treatment is a non-invasive, drug-free procedure that vaporizes fungal spores embedded in the nail bed. Research indicates that this one-time procedure cures fungus in roughly 70 percent of patients.

Dr. Uro is the second podiatrist in the country to offer the toenail fungus laser treatment. Dr. Uro has treated more patients with this laser system than any other physician. He has trained doctors from across the United States in this exciting new technology, as well as England, Australia, Canada, Turkey and Guam.

"Many people suffer from toenail fungus, and it can be difficult to get rid of. The toenail fungus laser treatment kills the pathogens within the nail bed and addresses the root of the problem," says Dr. Uro, doctor of podiatry at Dr. Michael Uro Foot Care ( http://www.toelaser.com ). "The toenail fungus laser treatment has given my patients the results they have been looking for."

The laser is a specially designed, medical device that shines a laser light beam through the toenail, into the nail bed and nail plate. The laser literally vaporizes the embedded pathogens which cause toenail fungus. ( http://www.toelaser.com/laser-center ) The toenail fungus laser treatment does not harm the nail or surrounding skin. The procedure takes about 30 to 60 minutes and can be done comfortably in the privacy of a doctor's office, with little or no discomfort.

Dr. Uro's web site features several informative videos that describe the toenail fungus laser treatment process, at http://www.toelaser.com/laser-center/videos

"I really disliked the way my toenails looked due to a fungal infection, but didn't want to treat my whole body with medication just to fix my toenails," explained Susan, a patient at Dr. Michael Uro Footcare. "Dr. Uro's toenail fungus laser treatment was the answer. I am very happy with the results. My follow-up treatments have gone very well and as soon as my toenails can grow a little more, I will feel very comfortable showing my feet in public. Thank you, Dr. Uro."

FRA says you don’t have to wait for Returns from Forestry

There are new models of timber investment on offer these days, with firms like Greenwood Management leading the way.

Bainbridge Island, WA, May 26, 2012 - Those interested in forestry investment may be put off of the asset class due to misconceptions that one has to wait over a decade to see returns. Forestry Research Associated (FRA), a research and analysis consultancy, claim that this is not the case with a new model of timberland investment offered by firms like Greenwood Management.

Those hoping to invest in sustainable forestry projects can now hand over as little as EUR10,000 and buy themselves a direct investment in sustainable plantations in Brazil, Canada and elsewhere. The model involves investing in existing plantation projects, while the forestry management firm use your cash to expand and develop their plantations, explained FRA’s analysis partner, Peter Collins.

He added, “It’s quite simple, the investor’s cash buys him or her a section of plantation – so they have a tangible asset in exchange for their money. However, this model differs as the investors start to see returns as soon as any mature trees are harvested a sold.”

FRA said that direct investment in forestry can sometimes put people off as they feel they will have to wait until the trees they own have reached maturity, which can take 10 to 15 years. However, those investing in existing plantations through firms like Greenwood can start to see returns much sooner.

Despite the differences in return schedules, those investing in forestry through this model can enjoy the same benefits that those buying up forestry land directly can enjoy. Mr Collins claims that investors can be safe in the knowledge that they are diversifying their portfolio with a forestry investment and that timber prices are not correlated with general economic indicators.

“Timber as an investment tends to hold up even when stock markets are plummeting,” added Collins.
