Increase of 69% in Q3 2011 Sales over Q2 2011 Reduces Operating Loss By 61% For the Same Periods
Howell, Michigan, August 17, 2011 - MWW Automotive Group (OTCBB: MWWC), a global design, engineering, and manufacturing firm serving some of the world's leading automotive and industrial manufacturers, announced today its financial results for the Third Quarter of fiscal 2011 ended June 30, 2011.
For the three months ending June 30, 2011, MWW reported net sales of $449,235, a decrease of $602,260 compared to $1,051,495 for the first quarter of fiscal 2010. This decrease was driven by the exceptional decline in industry sales during the period, caused mainly by the catastrophe in Japan resulting in no or only minimal available inventory of automobiles from Japanese manufacturers. This lack of inventory resulted in a temporary reduction in orders from the Company's major customers. The production and inventory problems had already reduced sales in the 2nd quarter 2011, but are expected to be overcome sometime during late August or September. Despite the continuing lack of inventory during the third quarter, the Company has increased sales by 69% to $449,235 in the third quarter of 2011, compared with $265,354 in the 2nd quarter of 2011.
Operating loss was reduced to 62% of revenue in the third quarter of 2011 compared with a 269% loss of revenue in the second quarter of 2011. This improvement was primarily attributable to the impact of the successful corporate-wide cost reduction exercises and streamlining of operations, although implementing significant expansions of the production lines at MWW's painting and assembly facility. The streamlining of these operations and the expectation of increasing production volume is expected to have a significant positive impact on revenues and profitability going forward. For further details please see the attached financial reports and our complete SEC filings at www.sec.gov, or through the SEC link on our website in the investor relations section.
Despite this temporary lack of inventory MWW has been able to increase its sales and reduce operating expenses as a percentage of revenue in the third quarter of 2011 compared to the second quarter 2011. MWW's new management team has made significant progress on the Company's path of recovery, with the main focus on streamlining and expanding the production facilities in its "Class A" painting facility in Baroda, Michigan, in anticipation of the imminent start of production for new automotive customers and several large industrial projects. MWW has expanded its customer base significantly by adding large global and domestic automotive manufacturers and has completed the negotiations for its entry into the industrial markets, details of which will be announced soon.
During the last two quarters, MWW has focused on stringent cost down exercises throughout the Company to compensate for the temporary decrease in revenue caused by the shortage of product deliveries from Japan. MWW's new management team has utilized this time to acquire new customers not only in the automotive industry, but also in the industrial sector, in order to reduce its vulnerability caused by dependence on one industry or customer (brand) concentration. As of now, the Company has commenced production on new contracts with automakers such as Hyundai, Nissan, Subaru, Chevrolet and Ford at its Class A painting facility. Productions with several new automobile manufacturers, Tier 1s and large industrial projects has either already begun or will commence soon.
Chuck Pinkerton, CEO of MWW states: "Despite a temporary downturn in sales in the entire automotive industry based on the lack of Japanese inventory, which began in the 2nd quarter of 2011, MWW has improved its sales and operational results during the third quarter of 2011 and the first phase of the strategic restructuring process, executed by our new management team has been concluded. MWW has improved scales of economy in production, while at the same time drastically increasing production capacity. Continuing to decrease operational expenses as a percentage of sales will positively impact revenue and profit in the quarters and years to come. As a result of these measures, the new automotive and industrial projects that we have secured and the associated anticipated sales growth, we expect our trend to profitability to continue strongly during 2012 and 2013. We feel confident that with the start of these new projects MWW will be able to achieve its projected goals and can strongly enhance shareholder value throughout 2011 and 2012."

Raw Talent Guitar sets a new price for their guitar learning software for September 1, 2011, an end to the introductory price. The company will keep free shipping in the 48 contiguous states and plans to move into stores for the 2011 holiday season.
Boca Raton, FL, August 17, 2011 - Today, Raw Talent, Inc., announced a new price of $209 for their revolutionary guitar learning software, Raw Talent Guitar, which features lessons for beginners, digital amp and FX, guitar playing tips and famous guitar songs ranging from easy to hard.
The new price is set to increase on their Web site on September 1, 2011, bringing an end to the introductory price of $199.
"We're making this announcement so that consumers looking to buy guitar learning software will have one last chance to purchase Raw Talent Guitar at the introductory price of $199,” said Marc Quadagno, Director of Media Relations for Raw Talent Guitar.
"Plus, we're giving out this coupon code for an additional $20 off," said Quadagno. "Customers can enter coupon code 'lastchance' to save and the promo code expires on September 1, 2011."
Last week, the company set the date to raise the price and announced their plans to move into music stores for the holiday season. The company is currently looking for new distribution channels to share their brand of guitar education and as part of their strategy the company will raise the price from $199 to $209 on September 1, 2011.
"Raw Talent Guitar is a great supplement to any lessons a guitar instructor might use, but also works as a standalone tool," said CEO Lawrence Fisher. "Now, following our appearance at Summer NAMM 2011, we plan to move into the guitar lessons review sections of music stores across the country."
Raw Talent Guitar has been on the market for six months with national advertising and continuous public relations campaigns, including appearances at CES 2011 in Las Vegas, SXSW 2011 in Austin and Summer NAMM 2011 in Nashville, and the company plans to end the year strong.
"When we launched at the Consumer Electronics Show in January, our product was only available online," said CEO Lawrence Fisher.
As part of their ongoing strategy to find a place on store shelves, Raw Talent Guitar does not expect this new price will affect sales from current online distribution channels on RawTalentGuitar.com or Amazon.com.
"We launched our product at the lowest price available and we promise to keep our product at the minimum amount," said CFO Scott Fisher. "We want our current price of $199 to remain our retail price as we expand, and a slight price increase of $209 online is necessary to grow our brand."
"Presence in stores simply means more exposure, and our Web promotions will continue to grow our brand," said Quadagno. "Whether you want to purchase at your local music store, or for those more prone to online purchases, we'll be there whenever you're ready to learn to play guitar."
Raw Talent, Inc., launched their flagship product, Raw Talent Guitar, at CES 2011 in Las Vegas and executives expect continued growth with an even higher sales rate through 2012.
About Raw Talent Guitar:
Raw Talent Guitar was founded in October 2008 by brothers Scott and Shaun Fisher after they realized limitations in learning to play an instrument with video instruction, which lack instant feedback or evaluations from an instructor. Many involved with the project are musicians by trade, and many professional musicians and guitar instructors were consulted to make Raw Talent Guitar as accurate as possible. The company mission is to be the worldwide leader in providing the most fun and accurate at-home training and evaluation tools for self-taught musicians and artists for use with their personal computers.

Peace of Mind, Body & Soul provides seminars to Veterinary Technician and Massage Therapy students at the Minnesota School of Business on integrative wellness for animals so they are familiar with them as they enter the workforce.
St. Paul, MN, August 16, 2011 - The Minnesota School of Business has contracted with Peace of Mind, Body & Soul to educate their Veterinary Technician and Massage Therapy students on integrative wellness options for animals. They are giving two educational seminars focusing on animal massage, using essential oils with animals, Reiki and animal communication. The purpose is to provide basic knowledge and information to the students about these alternative care options for animals so they are familiar with them as they enter in the workforce in their own profession. The intention is not to have the students walk away from the seminars practicing any of the integrative wellness options but, they will have a good understanding of when these modalities should be used and what benefits they provide to the animals.
The administration at Minnesota School of Business recognizes there is a growing demand people have to help their animal companions in natural and un-invasive ways. They see it as an important aspect to tie into their student’s education because they want to provide them with the latest information about their industry and it is not something all schools take the initiative to do. The Minnesota School of Business sees it as an opportune time to start incorporating integrative wellness for animals it into their current curriculum. This will allow them to proactively work to make updates to their program. Even faculty and staff members outside of these programs have asked to listen in on the seminar as they too are interested in learning how to care for their animals in a natural way.
Educational seminars are a great way for Peace of Mind, Body & Soul to help connect with those in the animal community and teach them about a variety of modalities that can help their animals or their animal clients. The goal of Peace of Mind, Body & Soul is to provide the animal’s people with a variety of natural options so that together they can help animals have a healthier life. It is not a replacement western medicine, but considered an enhancement to it. Their philosophy and belief is that a combination of the two can be powerful and effective in preventing and managing the wellness of our animals.
About Peace of Mind, Body & Soul:
Peace of Mind, Body & Soul offers integrative wellness options for animals including equine (horse) massage, Reiki, animal communication, acupressure and aromatherapy using therapeutic-grade essential oils. They perform these services for your animal companions and also teach you how to incorporate many these modalities into your life through classes, clinics and demonstrations.
